Lena Vasserman

Lena Vasserman currently serves as the Associate Director of External Quality Control & Analytical Support at AbCellera, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lena was the Associate Director of Analytical Life Cycle Management at Turnstone Biologics from May 2021 to January 2024. Lena's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Sanofi Pasteur, where positions held spanned from Deputy Director of References and Critical Reagents to roles focused on Analytical Excellence and QO QC Immunochemistry management. Lena's responsibilities have included directing laboratory operations ensuring compliance with cGMP, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and enhancing productivity. Academically, Lena holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is currently enrolled in the Management Excellence Program at the Schulich School of Business, York University.
