Patrick Farber

Patrick Farber is an accomplished scientist with a strong background in biological chemistry and extensive experience in protein engineering and technology integration. Since April 2022, Patrick has held the role of Associate Scientific Director at AbCellera, following positions as Principal Scientist and Senior Protein Engineer. Prior to this, Patrick worked at Zymeworks Inc. from December 2015 to March 2022, where roles included Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist - Technology Integration. Earlier in the career, Patrick was a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at The Hospital for Sick Children from June 2011 to November 2015. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biological Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, both obtained from McGill University.
