Romain Rouet

Romain Rouet is a highly experienced scientist specializing in protein science and antibody engineering, currently serving as Group Leader at AbCellera since February 2022. Previous roles include Senior Research Scientist at AbCellera and extensive postdoctoral research positions at Garvan Institute of Medical Research and UC Berkeley, where Romain contributed to advanced research in antibody engineering and cancer signaling. Romain's professional experience encompasses scientific roles at prestigious organizations, including Affitech AS and MedImmune, where contributions were made in antibody expression, purification, and high-throughput screening. Romain holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from UNSW and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from ENSTBB Bordeaux INP.
