Sherry Wang

Sherry Wang, PhD, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and research within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at AbCellera since December 2022, Sherry previously held key positions at BC Cancer from September 2011 to November 2022, including Project Team Leader, where responsibilities included team supervision, personnel management, and the enhancement of project management processes. Sherry's earlier career involved various roles in communication and project management for organizations such as the Asian Canadian Special Events Association and the University of British Columbia, complemented by a strong research background in cell biology and biochemistry. Sherry holds a PhD in Cell Biology and Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia and a BSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Simon Fraser University.
