Afghan Bureau Collaboration Office USA Inc. (ABCO USA) operates as a USA based non-profit organization. ABCO USA is registered with Commonwealth of Virginia, State Corporation Commission, Richmond. ABCO USA is also a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

ABCO, established in 1993, is dedicated to advancing sustainable development, improving the interests of disadvantaged populations, particularly women and girls, and providing humanitarian assistance in Afghanistan. Our overarching vision is to enhance the well-being of Afghan communities by delivering essential services, bolstering food security, and empowering vulnerable populations. Throughout the years, our efforts have been channeled into a variety of projects, encompassing resilience initiatives, community development, health, education, agriculture, and livelihood improvement programs. ABCO has been operating based on this mandate and mission since it was founded in 1993.

ABCO has more than 29 years of applied experience. We have partnered with very well-known agencies over the years, such as USAID, embassies, UN agencies, Government of Afghanistan ministries, and other international organizations.

ABCO has the highest level of integrity in its administrative, service, and outreach
activities; we tie these activities directly to our mission, and we maintain and report our records/deliveries in a transparent manner. Over the last 29 years, since our start, we have continued to grow while staying true to its original mission. ABCO is physically present and have the capacity to deliver services in all regions across Afghanistan.
