Satvik Salvi

Satvik Salvi is currently the QA/QC & Training Lead for PAN India at abCoffee, where they design and implement training programs for café staff while ensuring quality control and compliance. Previously, they served as a Cafe Lead at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, where they focused on team training and performance evaluations. Satvik also worked at Starbucks India as a Barista Trainer and Coffee Master, developing training plans and enhancing team knowledge of coffee. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Shift Supervisor at McDonald's, where they trained staff in kitchen operations and service quality.
