Shandon Harbour

Shandon Harbour is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction and safety education sectors. Currently serving as President and CEO of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. San Diego Chapter since June 2017, Harbour previously held the position of Executive Director within the same organization and has successfully developed high-quality journeyperson and safety programs through the ABC Training Trust. Prior to these roles, Harbour functioned as Vice President of Safety and Education for the San Diego Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors and served as President of SDA Security from July 2007 to September 2014. Educationally, Harbour holds a degree from the University of Southern California, earned between 1987 and 1991.
