Tracey Barrett

Tracey Barrett serves as the Vice President of Workforce Development and Director of Education at Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. San Diego Chapter since August 2002, overseeing state and federally approved apprenticeship programs and craft training courses. With a focus on quality education, Tracey collaborates with staff, community college representatives, instructors, and Unilateral Apprenticeship Committees to enhance the learning and on-the-job experiences of apprentices. Prior to this role, Tracey worked as a Training Coordinator at the Construction Craft Training Center from 1995 to 2001, supporting apprenticeship and craft training initiatives for contractors and associations. Tracey Barrett studied at Las Positas College from 1990 to 1992 and is currently pursuing a degree in Nonprofit Management at Brandman University.
