Emiliana Fields

Emiliana Fields currently serves as Director of QA Compliance at Abcuro, Inc. since May 2025. Previously, Emiliana held the position of Senior Director of Quality at Elevation Oncology from September 2024 to May 2025, where leadership of the Quality group was a key responsibility. From July 2022 to October 2024, Emiliana was the Director of Quality at Vera Therapeutics, Inc., providing leadership on global quality matters and ensuring compliance with established quality standards. Between June 2020 and July 2022, Emiliana worked as Principal Operations Site Manager at Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, overseeing a cross-functional Site Management Team. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Site Manager at Genentech from July 2014 to June 2019, and as Senior Manager of Quality Assurance at Tercica/Ipsen Pharmaceuticals from April 2007 to December 2012, managing various validation projects and regulatory submissions. Emiliana Fields completed education at the University of the Philippines.
