Hemant Behal

Hemant Behal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Hemant began their career as a Senior Executive in HR and IR at Mafatlal Industries Limited in 1993. Hemant then worked as a Senior Assistant Manager in HR at Max India Limited (Pharma Business) from 1995 to 1997. In 1997, they joined Apollo International Limited as their Manager of Human Resources. In 1998, they transitioned to BILT as a Deputy General Manager in PDC, and later joined Mars as Head of HR in 2002. Hemant then served as Senior Vice President of Group Human Resources at RPG Enterprises from 2008 to 2012. Hemant's next role was as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CEAT Tyres Limited, part of RPG Enterprises, from 2012 to 2014. Hemant then joined Bunge as the Head of HR from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Hemant is the Chief People Officer at Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd., a position they have held since December 2015.
