Sumit Behal started their work experience in 2015 as a Direct Sales Executive at PERNOD RICARD INDIA Pvt. Ltd. Sumit was responsible for achieving sales, maintaining stocks at the outlet level, and maintaining market share. In 2017, they joined Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd. as a Junior Territory Sales Executive. Their role involved growing the popularity of the company's products, presenting strong branding to drive growth, and introducing and launching new brands in the market.

Sumit Behal obtained a Master's degree in Computer applications from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohatk, during the period of 2008 to 2011.
