Michael Mooney

Michael Mooney started their career at West Fargo Park District, where Michael was involved in coordinating basketball tryouts, flag-football refereeing, and maintenance work. Michael later transitioned to Western State Bank as an HR Intern, handling tasks such as updating organizational charts, conducting audits, and assisting in HRIS system implementation. Currently, Michael is employed at Abdo as a Manager in HR Advisory, holding previous roles at Bigos Management, Inc. as Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and HR Specialist. Michael graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Management with a Human Resources Emphasis.
