Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller has extensive experience in management and advisory roles within the tax and neuroscience sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Abdo since May 2024, Ryan previously held the position of Executive Director at Strike Tax Advisory from April 2021 to June 2024, along with earlier roles as Associate Director. Ryan’s foundational experience includes a tenure at alliantgroup as a Senior Associate and Associate, and academic involvement at UTMB as a Neuroscience Graduate Student and PhD Candidate from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, Ryan contributed to education as a Lecturer at Texas A&M University at Galveston. Earlier career roles include positions at Fulton Family YMCA and Wake Forest University, where research focused on neurodegeneration and its relation to schizophrenia. Ryan earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from UTMB in 2013, following an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.
