Kenneth Abdo is an accomplished author and managing editor with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Currently serving as author/managing editor at ABDO Publishing Company since May 2013 and managing editor at EPIC Press since September 2014, Kenneth is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and editing manuscripts comprehensively. Previous roles include account executive/staff writer at VivaTysons Magazine, where responsibilities involved advertising sales and magazine content, as well as junior copy editor at LivingSocial, focused on writing promotional copy. Kenneth's sales experience includes positions at Vocus, Inc., where relationship management with mid to large market clients was a key function, along with an earlier role as assistant account executive at The Onion, Inc. Kenneth holds a Master of Professional Studies in Journalism from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film from Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
