ABE Capital Partners is a private equity fund manager targeting long-term equity investments in Small and Mid-Enterprises (“SMEs”) with growth potential.

We target actively companies with a geographic focus mainly in Spain, but may pursue opportunistically attractive opportunities wherever they arise.

We focus on companies operating in Technology, Sustainability and Healthcare & wellness related sectors to execute a buy-and-build strategy that maximizes growth over the holding period. In that journey, we partner with managers and owners that share our view, and value our hands-on approach.
