Jim Phillips

Jim Phillips is a results-driven supply chain and operations executive with twenty-six years of experience in various leadership roles. They began their career at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, where they held positions as Production Supervisor and Materials and Inventory Control Supervisor, implementing ISO-9000 and enhancing plant operations. Phillips has held senior roles including Senior Director of Operations at Weiss-Aug Group and Director of Operations & Supply Chain at Valcor Engineering Corporation, where they directed manufacturing operations and supplier development. Currently, Phillips serves as Global Supply Chain Director at ABEC and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
