ABEducation is an internationally respected organisation specialising in behaviour, inclusion, and educational leadership development. Founded and led by Adele Bates, an award-winning International Behaviour, Inclusion and Education Specialist, keynote speaker, and author of “Miss, I Don’t Give a Sh*t,” Engaging with Challenging Behaviour in Schools, ABEducation brings together a team with over 20 years of collective experience, supporting schools, organisations, and communities. 

Adele’s work in the UK and internationally (including the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Finland) shapes the ethos and vision of ABEducation. We are passionate about leadership development, advocacy, and social justice. Our approach is rooted in understanding human behaviour and group dynamics, enabling us to help clients build strong relationships, develop effective teams, and overcome barriers to sustainable growth. We believe in addressing the real issues to get to the heart of challenges and unlock potential. Through real-world examples and practical strategies, we empower organisations to drive meaningful change. 

We have supported a wide range of clients, from schools and local authorities to organisations, including the National Education Union and Amnesty International.
