Rob Basjes

Rob Basjes currently serves as the CEO and Managing Director of Abena Netherlands, a leading company in healthcare that specializes in digital incontinence solutions, skin care, and infection prevention. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, Rob has held various senior positions at multiple companies, including SCA (now Essity), where leadership roles focused on global marketing and innovation for the Tork brand. Rob is also a board member at NEFEMED and was the initiator and owner of Geef om Zorg, an online platform supporting healthcare initiatives in the Netherlands. Educationally, Rob holds a Master's in Business Economics and has completed executive education in digital transformation and innovation at INSEAD, as well as various other marketing and business leadership programs.
