Ted Roy

Ted Roy is the Head of Investments and Capital for Real Estate in the APAC region at Aberdeen, where they drive investment strategies and cultivate key relationships with stakeholders. With 19 years of experience in funds management and investment, Ted has held pivotal roles such as Deputy Fund Manager for Secure Real Estate at abrdn and Portfolio Manager for the Long Lease Fund at Standard Life. They began their career as a Research Consultant at DTZ and have since established a strong track record in acquiring investments and managing portfolios across various asset classes. Ted is also noted for their leadership in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives within the investment sector. Ted completed their education at Westminster School between 1996 and 2001.
