James McHugh has a diverse work history. James began their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Noise Creative, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, web development, and office administration. James then worked as a Delivery Driver for UberEATS, demonstrating strong organizational skills and providing excellent customer service. At Sky, James served as a Contact Centre Advisor, excelling in customer service, sales, and managing account and billing queries. James then transitioned to F.H. Bertling Logistics as a Business Development & Technical Sales professional, successfully executing sales strategies to increase market share. James later joined OCS Group UK as an Engineering Helpdesk Administrator, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring efficient service delivery. Currently, they are working at Visiativ UK as an Innovation Funding Consultant.

James McHugh attended Northumbria University from 2017 to 2022, where they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Technology Management for Business.
