Carlos Silva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Carlos started their career in 1996 as a Service Manager at Samatex and later worked as an Account Executive at Telmex, where they increased income by 45% and developed long-term business relationships. Carlos then became an Account Manager at Telmex, where they managed major accounts such as Mexicana de Aviación and Sabre de México, resulting in increased profitability and successful outsourcing contracts. Carlos also served as the Commercial Manager at Telmex, overseeing the development strategy for the hospitality sector.

In 2013, Carlos joined Iusacell Enlace as a Regional Manager before moving on to Santory, where they worked as a Subdirector of IT. In this role, they focused on consolidating IT as a service area, implementing ITIL and AGILE standards, and ensuring infrastructure stability and optimal application functioning.

Carlos also worked at Universidad La Salle, where they held various positions including Bachelor Degree Professor, Head of Mechatronic Engineering Program, and Control Lab Coordinator.

Most recently, Carlos served as the CIO at Abilia Inmobiliaria, where they coordinated IT outsourcing teams, restructured IT providers for compliance, and proposed IT solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs. Carlos also aimed to consolidate IT as a service area and drive change within the organization.

Carlos Silva attended Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 1991 to 1996. Carlos then pursued an MBA in Administracion at the same university from 2003 to 2006.
