Gerardo Cabada

Gerardo Cabada has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry. Gerardo most recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Abilia Inmobiliaria since April 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director General at VINCI Construction Mexico from December 2017 to April 2020. Gerardo also held the position of Director de Construcción at GFa Grupo Inmobiliario from June 2016 to October 2017. Earlier in their career, Gerardo held various leadership roles such as Director de Desarrollo y Construcción at Nemesis Capital from September 2014 to June 2016, and VP of Construction at MIRA Companies at Black Creek Group from November 2010 to September 2014. Before that, they were the Director de Construcción at INVERTIERRA from May 2009 to November 2010, where they oversaw the construction of a LEED Platinum office building. Gerardo's earlier experience includes being the Director de Construcción at GICSA from 2006 to 2009, where they coordinated and directed technical activities for residential real estate projects.
