Dominik Steininger

Dominik Steininger serves as the Head of IT Service Operations at abilis group, a position held since September 2016, with responsibilities including profit-center management focused on revenue, costs, profits, profitability, and customer satisfaction. In this role, Steininger leads multiple international teams across various service sectors, including technical hotline, field service, and customer service. Prior to this, Steininger was the Head of Customer Care, managing cross-location teams at eight service sites, and served as Team Leader for IT Customer Care, providing technical support at the company headquarters and various locations. Additional roles at abilis group included Team Leader OnSite Service and Senior IT Consultant. Earlier career experiences include positions at Virtual Solution AG as a Support Engineer and Avantgarde Gesellschaft für Kommunikation mbH in IT support and administration roles, as well as a project leadership role at Isar-Amper-Klinikum München Ost and IT training at Brainlab.
