Melanie Bader

Melanie Bader is an experienced HR Manager at abilis group since October 2022, previously serving as a Key Account Manager at DER Touristik from April 2020 to September 2022. Prior roles include Team Assistant/Sales Support at Promerit AG from September 2018 to March 2020 and Junior Sales & Marketing Manager at 25hours Hotels from December 2016 to September 2018. Melanie is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, expected to be completed in February 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Travel Management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms, earned in April 2016, along with experience studying at Universidad Marista de Mérida from August 2013 to July 2014.
