Rachel Sheets

Rachel Sheets is the Director of Development and Communications at Abilities First, where they focus on fostering community relationships to support families with autism and differing abilities. Previously, Rachel served as Community Relations Coordinator for Supports to Encourage Low-income Families (SELF), successfully securing over $1 million in grant funding. They have also gained experience as a producer for WHIO-TV, and as a social media coordinator in various roles, including at Java Johnny's Coffee Roaster and Café and The Music Industry Society. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Miami University.
