Mark Nace has extensive work experience in the field of disabilities services. Mark started their career at Greystone Programs Inc in 2001 as a Residential Coordinator, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Abilities First, Inc. as the Senior Director of Day Habilitation & Employment Services and held this position until 2020. From 2020 until now, Mark has served as the Vice President of Day and Community Services at Abilities First, Inc. In 2022, they also took on the role of Chief Program Officer at Abilities First, Inc. & Inflight.
Mark Nace completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Political Science and Government from SUNY Oneonta in 1996-2000. Mark later pursued a Master's degree in Human Services Organizational Leadership from Kaplan University, completing it in 2016-2017.

ABILITIES FIRST Enriching the Lives of Children and Adults in Our Communities Founded in 1962, Abilities First is a not-for-profit organization serving the needs of the community, as well as those with developmental disabilities, from pre-school through adulthood. Abilities First has had a long-term commitment of providing a cohesive culture of compassion, empowerment and respect for people with a variety of disabilities through educational, vocational and habilitation services. It presently serves over 1,200 children and adults throughout the Hudson Valley region of New York State.
