Eugene Botsoe

Eugene Botsoe serves as President & CEO of Verdara Technologies since September 2019, leading the design and manufacturing of botanical extraction equipment. In addition, Eugene has been the President of Ability Engineering Technology Inc since January 2008, which specializes in custom-engineered solutions across various market segments, and President of Texol Corporation USA, focusing on fully engineered pilot and lab plants since May 2016. Eugene also holds the position of President & CEO at Bennu Group Inc, which acquires small manufacturing businesses and provides strategic consultation. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Electro-Motive Diesel Inc, GE Energy, Diamond Technology Partners, and various positions at GE Energy from 1990 to 2006. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
