Amy Castillo

Amy Castillo is the CEO and Executive Director of Ability KC, a role held since August 2016, where leadership focuses on integrating traditional healthcare and adaptive technologies to create an inclusive model of care in Kansas City. Previously, as Vice President of External Affairs at Ability KC, Amy advanced community partnerships and enhanced care models. Experience also includes senior leadership positions at HCA Midwest Health, Viracor-IBT Laboratories, Cerner Corporation, Zoezi Inc, and Baylor Health Care System, showcasing a strong background in marketing, public relations, and healthcare management. Educational credentials include a BES in Exercise Science/Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MBA in Marketing/Human Resources from The University of Dallas, and an MS in Exercise Physiology from Baylor University.
