Adrienne Giannini

Adrienne Giannini has extensive experience in the field of employment support and disability services, currently serving as a Practice Support Consultant at Ability Options since August 2016. In this role, Adrienne is part of a team focused on driving business improvements and ensuring service excellence within the Disability Employment Service, NDIS, and ParentsNext contracts. Previous positions at Ability Options include Performance Support Consultant, Job Support Consultant, and Employment Advisor, where Adrienne was involved in training, coaching, case management, and developing strategies for jobseekers. Prior to this, Adrienne worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Target Australia from March 2014 to June 2016. Adrienne is currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at TAFE NSW, expected to complete in December 2023.
