Robert El Amal

Robert El Amal is an experienced professional currently serving as a Community Engagement Officer at Ability Options since April 2022. Previously, Robert spent over a decade at Woolworths Supermarkets, where roles included Retail Manager, Fruit & Vegetable Manager, Project Officer & Coach for NSW/ACT, Grocery Manager, and Inventory Manager. In these positions, Robert was responsible for the implementation and coaching of the One Store system, managing multiple stakeholders, leading sales planning, and overseeing profit and loss analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as Bar Manager at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth from March 2005 to January 2007. Robert completed education at Redfield College from February 1997 to November 2004.
