Ruby Lawson-Cross

Ruby Lawson-Cross is currently serving as the Customer Engagement Team Lead at Ability WA, overseeing a team of 13 coordinators focused on stakeholder engagement and service provision. Previous roles at Ability WA include Senior Customer Engagement Coordinator and Executive Assistant, where Ruby handled various responsibilities from customer management to providing executive support. Ruby's earlier experience includes working as the Marketing and Camp Program Coordinator at Armed For Life and as a Rural High School Visit Officer with Rural Health West, promoting Allied Health careers among students. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Health Promotion from The University of Notre Dame Australia and is in the process of completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Leadership, alongside a course on Understanding Dementia from the University of Tasmania.
