Amanda McDonnell is currently the Person in Charge at Ability West. They previously held various roles, including Team Leader and Summer Project Leader, where they ensured the safety and care of children while providing a supportive environment. Between 2009 and 2016, Amanda worked as a Shop Assistant at JR Supermarkets Ltd, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards. They achieved a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Applied Social Studies in Social Care from Limerick Institute of Technology and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Business in Accounting from Atlantic Technological University. Amanda completed a 120-hour Combined TEFL course with distinction in 2016.
