Kristen Griggs is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and healthcare. Currently serving as a Care Specialist at Ability360, Kristen also works as a Sales Representative at Community Loans of America, and has held the position of Night Auditor at Hersha Hospitality Management, where responsibilities included balancing revenue and performing guest service tasks. Additional experience includes work as a caregiver at Senior Helpers, receptionist roles at H&R Block and Shannon Medical Center, and as a Phone Banker at Wells Fargo. Kristen is pursuing a degree at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences, building on a foundation in Biology from Hardin Simmons University and Aesthetics and Laser Technician Certification from the Southwestern Institute of Natural Aesthetics.
