Tara Pepiton is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in consulting and caregiving. Since November 2016, Tara has operated as the Business Owner of Az Small Business Advisors, LLC, specializing in small business consulting from inception to long-term management. Concurrently, since September 2015, Tara has worked as a Personal Care Assistant at Ability360, focusing on daily living activities. Additionally, Tara has served as a Health Advocate and Caregiver at Home LLC since December 2010 and was a Co-Founder and Treasurer for the non-profit organization We're MOVING FORWARD from November 2014 to March 2022. Previous experience includes a consultancy role at Grunt Infrastructure Solutions and administrative and sales positions at US Concrete and Smith Pre-Cast. Educational background includes studies in Business at GateWay Community College and Phoenix College.
