John Saylor

John Saylor, PHR, is the Director of People Operations at Behavioral Perspective Inc, where they lead HR strategy for a multi-state behavioral health organization. With over fifteen years of management and leadership experience, John has developed expertise in human resources, focusing on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and operational efficiency. Previously, John worked in various HR roles, including as a Human Resources Manager at The Association for Individual Development and as a General Manager at GQT Movies. They have been actively involved in community outreach and employee development initiatives throughout their career. John is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies at Ball State University.
