Candace Murray

Candace Murray, MSW, CHC, CCEP, currently serves as the National Ethics and Compliance Director at AbleLight since January 2023 and operates as a Consultant and Owner at Courageous Compliance since December 2021. Previously, Candace held the position of Medicaid Policy & Compliance Director at Medical Answering Services LLC from April 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included promoting adherence to compliance standards and building a compliant culture. Additional roles include Director of Quality Assurance and Education at the same company and Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer at Catholic Charities of Onondaga County from September 2009 to April 2018, focusing on corporate compliance and quality improvement across multiple health and human service organizations. Candace holds a Master of Social Work degree from Syracuse University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium, with an expected graduation in May 2027, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California.
