Doreen Trombley

Doreen Trombley has extensive experience as an executive assistant, currently serving at AbleLight since February 2022, where support is provided to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors while enhancing project management structures. Prior to AbleLight, Doreen spent over 14 years at ManpowerGroup as a Senior Executive Assistant to C-suite executives, effectively managing a dynamic work environment and providing backup support to the CEO's office. Doreen's career began at Roundy's Supermarkets, where roles ranged from Manager of the Customer Experience Center to various executive assistant positions, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and project management skills throughout. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from North Central University.
