Josh Votava

Josh Votava, CLSS-HC, currently serves as the Corporate Property Manager at AbleLight, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Josh was the Director of Capital Improvements at The Springs Living, LLC from April 2021 to December 2023. Between November 2015 and April 2021, Josh held dual roles at Prestige Care, Inc., initially as the Director of Facilities overseeing 80 buildings in senior living and skilled nursing, and then as the Regional Maintenance Director for 45 assisted living communities across the Western U.S. Josh's earlier experience includes regional maintenance supervision at ConAm Management Corporation and Brookdale Senior Living, as well as regional support roles at Merrill Gardens and Sunrise Senior Living. Additional experience includes electrical work as an electrician at H.R. Kuykendall and lead maintenance technician at Vail Resorts, along with ownership of Universal Framing, specializing in residential home framing.
