Matt Dolan has over a decade of experience in retail tenant representation, demonstrating strong expertise in site selection utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology throughout Florida. Currently serving as Property Manager at AbleLight since April 2018, Matt previously held positions as a Senior Database Administrator at Vantix Realty and a Retail Specialist at Southeast Retail Group. Prior roles include Director of GIS & Research Services at LandQwest Commercial and GIS & Research Administrator at Colliers International Tampa Bay Florida. Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and further studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
