Maura Stevenson, PhD, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MedVet, where efforts are directed towards enhancing the employee experience for over 3,500 team members amidst significant organizational growth. Additionally, Maura holds a board member position at AbleLight, chairing the Nominating & Governance Committee and serving on the Executive & Compensation Committee. With a robust academic background in psychology from Amherst College and The Ohio State University, Maura has accumulated extensive experience in talent management, having previously held senior HR roles at The Wendy's Company and Starbucks Coffee Company, where notable accomplishments include leading large-scale employee surveys and the establishment of key HR functions. Prior to these roles, Maura gained valuable expertise at Merrill Lynch managing global employee engagement initiatives.
