Susan Norris, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution since April 2023, where the organization provides essential psychological and psychiatric services to long-term care and assisted living facilities across the United States. In addition to this role, Susan Norris holds a position as a Board Member at AbleLight, which focuses on enhancing the lives of people with developmental disabilities.
