Michael Carico

Michael Carico has a long and varied work experience. Michael started their career in 1991 as a Silk Screen Broker and President/Treasurer for Dano Designs, Inc. In 1993, they founded Phantasm Graphix as a Silk Screen Broker and Owner. In 1994, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. From 1995 to 2002, they were a Computer Specialist at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, where they were responsible for the development, migration, and maintenance of several computer systems. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of LinkNetworking, a B2B network focused on providing business owners a way to gather and network with their hometown neighbors. Michael is currently the President/Founder of AbleSpark, which provides information management, client communication, workflow automation, system integration, and dynamic reporting services to businesses, non-profits, and marketing agencies.

Michael Carico received their A.A. in General Studies from Anne Arundel Community College between 1990 and 1993. Michael then attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County and obtained their B.S. in Information Systems between 1993 and 1995. Finally, they obtained their M.S. in Information Systems from the same university between 1995 and 2000.
