Michelle Harvey serves as the Board Chair and Director for the Wellington-based software consultancy Abletech, where they focus on business transformation and innovation. Previously, Michelle held senior management roles in Banking and Finance, successfully leading teams in various sectors, including commercial and rural banking. They also acted as the Local Advisory Committee Chair for Ronald McDonald House Charities from 2014 to 2019 and worked as a Relationship Manager at Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand from 2016 to 2020. Michelle's education includes a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University and ongoing studies in Not for Profit Governance Essentials from the Institute of Directors NZ.
