Tillmann Richter

Tillmann Richter is a seasoned professional in user research and product management, currently serving as Principal User Researcher at Ableton since May 2013. In this role, Tillmann guides teams through product development phases and identifies opportunities to enhance user experience. Prior positions at Ableton include User Researcher and Feature Owner, where Tillmann advocated for user research and managed agile project delivery. Prior to Ableton, Tillmann held various roles at Strato AG, including Product Manager for cloud storage and SaaS applications, and Country Manager for the Netherlands. Tillmann began a career in communication with Amnesty International and has also been involved in projects within the Berliner KommunikationsFORUM and GRAP, Amsterdam Popmusic. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Communication from the University of Amsterdam.
