Amir Tavafi

Amir Tavafi is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development, product management, and innovation. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Abloomify since April 2024, Amir previously held various leadership roles at Verafin from February 2017 to April 2024, including AVP, Head of Product Development for Fraud Detection & Management. Prior to that, Amir was AVP of Software Engineering at Nasdaq and took on significant roles at Memorial University of Newfoundland, including research and teaching assistantships. In the startup realm, Amir founded Chliks, a media sharing platform, and co-founded Marlik Institute of Innovation and Technology, focusing on robotics. Amir's career in software development includes leadership positions at FC-Perspolis Athletic Club and Mirza Koochak Khan Complex, both centered around soccer simulation projects. Amir holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Memorial University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Guilan.
