Eric Field

Eric Field currently serves as the Branch Manager for Facilities Engineering at ABM Industries, overseeing nearly $100M in operations throughout Greater Los Angeles and managing a team of over 500 employees. With a robust background in facilities management, Eric has also held positions such as Facilities Operations Manager and Facilities Project Manager within the same organization, where responsibilities included managing sizable contracts and leading teams. Prior to joining ABM Industries, Eric worked at Recruitment Services, Inc. as Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Account Executive, focusing on revenue maximization and sales strategies. Eric’s career began in the Air National Guard as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician, where extensive training in leadership and technical maintenance was acquired. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
