Mark Ranus

Mark Ranus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities and real estate management. Currently serving as the National Account Manager at ABM Industries since May 2017, Mark oversees integrated facilities services for a leading client in the semiconductor industry. With a history at CSC starting in 1998, Mark has held multiple roles, including managing a portfolio of 80 properties as the Americas Region Real Estate and Facilities Management Lead, and spearheading operations at a 1M sq ft divisional headquarters as the Divisional Facilities Manager. Previous experience includes a Facilities Manager position at Johnson Controls, where operational costs were significantly reduced, and extensive roles at CSC overseeing engineering and maintenance operations. Mark's career began at Trammell Crow Company, managing Class A properties, and Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Marine Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College.
