Casper Dik

Casper Dik is currently serving as a Business Developer in Granular Credit Risk Reporting at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., focusing on the development of regulatory and internal credit risk reports, with expertise in ECB loan tapes and on-site inspections. Prior to this role, Casper gained experience as a Business Analyst at Mploy Associates and as an AI Researcher at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, contributing to the STAR project on human-centric AI applications. Other relevant experiences include a project-based role in Cash Flow Forecasting at DeLaval and multiple teaching assistant positions at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Casper holds a Master's degree in Technology and Operations Management and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Groningen, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics from the same institution. Additional educational qualifications include a Foreign Exchange Minor from BI Norwegian Business School and pre-university education in Economy and Society.
