Floris Jongma has extensive experience in the financial sector, having served as a Vice President in Capital Solutions & Advisory at both RBS and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2010 to 2014. In their role as Executive Director of Shipping Coverage at ABN AMRO and previously as Head of Capital Solutions & Advisory North America, Floris focused on providing strategic capital structure advice and financing solutions to clients. Floris started their career at Deloitte Real Estate as a Senior Consultant and has since built a diverse portfolio of client relationships across various sectors. Floris holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and is currently pursuing another Master’s degree at the University of Amsterdam.
