Traffic Manager

Patrick Som has a diverse background in customer contact and operational management, beginning with an intercedent role at Uitzendorganisatie La Brique in 1997. Following this, Patrick spent nearly eight years at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where various positions in the Frontoffice Customer Contact Center involved customer service and operational performance management. Positions included 1st line and senior agent roles focused on mortgages, savings, and loans, culminating in a traffic manager role responsible for the contact center's operational performance. Education includes a VWO and HAVO from Liemers College Zevenaar, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Banking and Insurance from HEAO Arnhem.
